If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement . All you need to do is notify us within 1 day of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.
We are not responsible for deliveries if a wrong address is provided or if the recipient changes its location from the address provided. This condition will also apply to events such as early job departure time or patients early or unexpected hospital discharged. In these and similar cases an additional delivery charge will apply and the quality of the flowers or arrangements are not warranted.
Special request regarding date and time of delivery should be specified at the time of the order in the section provided. All requests are subject to confirmation.
Flowers or arrangements conditions are not warranted on second attempt deliveries.
Sales are final and without refund, for deliveries in good conditions where the recipient denies to receive the arrangements, flowers or products for personal motivations.
All delivery claims including arrangements and flower conditions should be made up to 24 hours after the delivery time for an applicable solution. After 24 hours all sales are final.
